ICC DID NOT SEEK FOR DUTERTE, ACTIVISTS AND POLITICAL RIVALS DID. FILIPINOS WERE IN FAVOR OF DUTERTE’s WAR ON DRUGS, THEY FELT SAFER DURING HIS TIME.

It was Philippines’ unwanted activists who filed case against Duterte to the ICC in which his political rivals sitting in the government collaborated. This is amidst Duterte’s high popularity in the Philippines and holds solid base in the coming midterm elections that his political rivals can’t handle. Antonio Trillanes, a very unpopular activist and politician and one of the Duterte’s critics, was one of those who filed the case to the ICC and has pursued to fast track arrest of Duterte before the height of election period.

Filipinos who are in support to Duterte were left stunned as they watch Duterte being rushed by Bong Bong Marcos-instructed authorities to The Hague in Netherlands to offer the former president to ICC. It was entirely opposite to Israel and Russias approach in not surrendering Netanyahu and Putin to ICC. Bong Bong Marcos, who was helped by Duterte to be elected as current Philippines President, now become rival, has excitedly collaborated for a fast exit of Duterte out of the country. The Philippines Authorities as instructed by Bong Bong Marcos used all remedies including the use of a private plane to usher Duterte out of the country before the legal remedies filed by Duterte’s legal team was actioned by Supreme Court.

Filipinos watched all the pre-planned elimination of the former president out of the election period.
