MS. VRETCHEN CALINSUAY DAGUINES, 27 years old, single, from Buguias, Benguet, and a resident of Irisan, Baguio City, currently working in Thailand, was diagnosed with Meningitis and Encephalitis on April 16, 2018 at Lerdsin Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand. But lately, her Doctor’s final diagnosis was autoimmune disease. She was transferred to ICU on May 4,2018. She needs financial assistance for her immediate intervention, plasmapheresis, which will cost Php500,000.00. Her family members have also been advised that it is not advisable for the patient to be transported back to the Philippines as her condition is not fit for transfer and might not make it. In this regard, TCC-Thailand President , Jacqueline Palaly, has coordinated with TCC-Hong Kong to seek help. She also now appeals to the everyone who could extend help.
